This West Indies inspired home is located in the South Tampa neighborhood of Beach Park. The home was designed and built as the 2014 Southern Living Showcase Home. With approximately 5,000 square feet of living space, the home has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a 3 car garage. The 1st level includes the open family room/kitchen/nook as well as the formal dining, office/den, guest suite and mud room. Off the dining room is a temperature controlled wine closet. The 2nd level includes the master suite, 3 secondary bedrooms, bonus room and laundry. The waterfront home is conveniently located on the Tampa Bay so in addition to the multi-level dock, the outdoor area includes a pool/spa, an attached cabana with outdoor kitchen as well as a unique water feature.

The fully furnished home is located at 4 Sandpiper Rd. in the Beach Park neighborhood of South Tampa. It will open for tours 10AM- 4PM Thursdays – Sundays from March 27 through May 4. Proceeds from the tours will benefit Operation FINALLY Home, a nonprofit organization that works to provide custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans, and All Children’s Hospital, which provides leadership in child health th rough treatment, education, research, and advocacy.
